- 2 cans (5 oz each) chunk Tuna in water, light
- 1/2 cup Celery
- 1/4 tsp Garlic powder
- 2 tbsp Parsley, fresh
- 1/4 cup Red onion
- 3 Eggs, hard
- 1 tbsp Lemon juice, fresh
- 1 cup Mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp Mustard, yellow
- 1/4 cup Sweet pickle relish
- 2 cups Elbow macaroni
- 1/2 tsp Black pepper
- 1 tsp Salt
Instructions
- Boil the elbow macaroni according to package instructions; drain and set aside to cool.
- In a large bowl, combine the canned tuna, chopped celery, garlic powder, parsley, red onion, and diced hard-boiled eggs.
- Add the lemon juice, mayonnaise, mustard, sweet pickle relish, black pepper, and salt to the bowl and mix well.
- Once the macaroni has cooled, add it to the mixture and stir until everything is well combined.
- Cover the salad and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving to allow the flavors to meld.

- This salad can be made a day in advance and stored in the refrigerator.
