- 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
- ½ cup chopped pecans or walnuts
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ½ cup melted butter
- 1 cup shredded coconut
- 2 large eggs
- ½ cup chocolate chips (optional)
- 1 pre-made pie crust (or homemade)
Instructions
- Heat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Place crust into a 9-inch pie pan.
- In one bowl, whisk eggs, butter, milk, and vanilla.
- Stir in coconut, nuts, and chocolate chips.
- Pour the mix into the crust.
- Bake for 35–40 minutes until golden and firm.
- Let it sit for 15 minutes.
- Slice and serve warm or cold.
Notes
- Feel free to substitute nuts based on preference.
- Chocolate chips are optional but add a nice touch.
- This pie can be served warm or chilled.
