Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • ½ cup chopped pecans or walnuts
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ cup melted butter
  • 1 cup shredded coconut
  • 2 large eggs
  • ½ cup chocolate chips (optional)
  • 1 pre-made pie crust (or homemade)

Instructions

  1. Heat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Place crust into a 9-inch pie pan.
  3. In one bowl, whisk eggs, butter, milk, and vanilla.
  4. Stir in coconut, nuts, and chocolate chips.
  5. Pour the mix into the crust.
  6. Bake for 35–40 minutes until golden and firm.
  7. Let it sit for 15 minutes.
  8. Slice and serve warm or cold.

Notes

  • Feel free to substitute nuts based on preference.
  • Chocolate chips are optional but add a nice touch.
