Description

A refreshing and creamy cheesecake infused with the flavors of strawberry and lemon, perfect for warm weather.


Ingredients

  • ⅓ cup melted butter
  • 24 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon lemon zest
  • ¼ cup lemon juice
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 ½ cups fresh strawberries, sliced
  • ½ cup strawberry sauce

Instructions

  1. Prepare the crust and chill in the freezer for 10 minutes.
  2. Beat cream cheese until smooth, add sugar, lemon zest, and lemon juice.
  3. Add sour cream, vanilla, and eggs one by one.
  4. Bake in a water bath at 325°F for 1 hour.
  5. Cool in the oven, then chill in the refrigerator for 4 hours or overnight.
  6. Top with strawberries and strawberry sauce before serving.
