Description

A delightful recipe combining juicy steak and creamy pasta for a satisfying dinner.


Ingredients

  • 2 Ribeye or sirloin steaks, boneless
  • 1/4 cup Basil or parsley, fresh
  • 4 cloves Garlic
  • 1/2 cup Beef broth
  • 12 oz Pasta
  • 1/2 tsp Red pepper flakes
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 1/2 cup Heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Season the steaks with salt and black pepper.
  3. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the steaks and cook to your preferred doneness, then remove from the pan and let rest.
  4. In the same skillet, add butter and minced garlic, sautéing until fragrant.
  5. Pour in the beef broth and bring to a simmer.
  6. Add heavy cream and Parmesan cheese to the skillet, stirring until the sauce thickens.
  7. Mix in the cooked pasta and red pepper flakes, then slice the steaks and place them over the pasta.
  8. Garnish with fresh basil or parsley before serving.

  • For extra flavor, marinate the steaks with herbs before cooking.
  • Adjust the creaminess of the sauce by adding or reducing heavy cream.
