A delicious and easy-to-make Shrimp Scampi Pasta Bake that combines succulent shrimp, linguine, and a flavorful sauce, topped with Parmesan and breadcrumbs.

- 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 lb linguine
- ½ cup butter
- ¼ cup olive oil
- 6 garlic cloves, minced
- ¼ cup grape juice
- ¼ cup lemon juice
- ¼ cup fresh parsley, chopped
- ¼ tsp red pepper flakes
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- ½ cup grated Parmesan
- ¼ cup breadcrumbs
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Boil linguine, drain, and set aside.
- In an oven-safe skillet, melt butter with olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and red pepper flakes, cook for 1 minute. Toss in shrimp and cook until pink, about 3–5 minutes.
- Pour in grape juice and lemon juice. Scrape the skillet and simmer until slightly thickened.
- Add cooked pasta, parsley, and half the Parmesan. Stir well, then transfer to the oven. Bake for 10–15 minutes until hot and bubbly.
- Top with remaining Parmesan and breadcrumbs. Broil 1–2 minutes until golden and crisp. Serve right away.
Notes
- For a spicier dish, increase the amount of red pepper flakes.
- Feel free to substitute shrimp with chicken or vegetables for a different variation.
- Make sure to use an oven-safe skillet for easy transition from stovetop to oven.
