Description

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups granola
  • 1/4 cup rolled oats
  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter (for swirl)

Instructions

  1. Mix peanut butter, honey, and vanilla until smooth.
  2. Stir in granola and oats until fully coated.
  3. Press mixture into a parchment-lined pan.
  4. Drizzle with extra peanut butter and swirl with a knife.
  5. Chill for 1–2 hours until firm.
  6. Slice into granola bars and store chilled.
