Ingredients

- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups granola
- 1/4 cup rolled oats
- 1 tablespoon peanut butter (for swirl)
Instructions
- Mix peanut butter, honey, and vanilla until smooth.
- Stir in granola and oats until fully coated.
- Press mixture into a parchment-lined pan.
- Drizzle with extra peanut butter and swirl with a knife.
- Chill for 1–2 hours until firm.
- Slice into granola bars and store chilled.

- For a vegan option, use maple syrup instead of honey.
