Description

Garlic Parmesan Bacon Cheeseburger Bombs are delicious bite-sized treats filled with a savory mixture of ground beef, bacon, and cheese, all wrapped in flaky biscuit dough.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 8 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (8 biscuits)
  • 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Brown ground beef in a skillet.
  3. Mix in garlic powder, Parmesan, cheddar cheese, and crumbled bacon.
  4. Flatten each biscuit dough piece and place a spoonful of the beef mixture in the center.
  5. Fold dough edges to seal, forming a ball.
  6. Brush with egg wash.
  7. Bake on a lined baking sheet for 15-18 minutes, or until golden.
  8. Serve warm!
