Ingredients

- 1 lb ground beef
- 8 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (8 biscuits)
- 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Brown ground beef in a skillet.
- Mix in garlic powder, Parmesan, cheddar cheese, and crumbled bacon.
- Flatten each biscuit dough piece and place a spoonful of the beef mixture in the center.
- Fold dough edges to seal, forming a ball.
- Brush with egg wash.
- Bake on a lined baking sheet for 15-18 minutes, or until golden.
- Serve warm!
Notes
- For extra flavor, consider adding chopped onions or jalapeños to the beef mixture.
- These can be made ahead of time and frozen before baking.
