A delicious and creamy dish featuring tender garlic butter steak bites served over cheese tortellini with rich Alfredo sauce.

- 1½ lbs steak bites
- 3 tbsp butter
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 (20 oz) package cheese tortellini
- 2 tbsp butter (for Alfredo sauce)
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1½ cups grated Parmesan
- Salt & pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Cook the cheese tortellini in a large pot of salted boiling water according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet over medium-high heat, melt 3 tablespoons of butter. Add minced garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add steak bites to the skillet and sear for 2–3 minutes per side, or until browned and cooked to your desired doneness. Season with salt and pepper. Remove from skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat. Add heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer.
- Stir in grated Parmesan and continue to cook until the sauce thickens slightly. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Toss cooked tortellini with the Alfredo sauce until evenly coated.
- Plate the tortellini and top with the seared steak bites. Drizzle garlic butter from the pan over the dish for extra flavor.

- Adjust the seasoning according to your preference.
- You can use other types of pasta if you prefer.
- For additional flavor, consider adding herbs like parsley for garnish.
