A refreshing and zesty salad made with imitation crab meat, fresh vegetables, and a creamy dressing, perfect for a light meal or appetizer.
Ingredients

- 1 ½ tablespoons fresh dill, chopped
- 1 pound imitation crab meat, cubed or flaked
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2/3 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup celery, finely chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 red onion, finely chopped
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- Chopped green onions, for garnish
Instructions
- Chop the imitation crab, celery, red onion, and fresh dill.
- Put them in a large bowl.
- Add Old Bay, paprika, garlic powder, lemon juice, mayonnaise, salt, and pepper.
- Stir gently until fully mixed.
- Top with extra dill and chopped green onions before serving.
- Serve right away or chill in the fridge for up to 3 days.
Notes
- For a lighter version, you can use Greek yogurt instead of mayonnaise.
- This salad can be served on a bed of lettuce or in a sandwich.
