Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup chopped green and black olives
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped roasted red peppers
  • 1/4 cup chopped marinated artichoke hearts
  • 1/2 cup chopped parsley (for rolling)
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan
  • Fresh rosemary and cranberries (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Combine cream cheese, peppers, olives, artichokes, Parmesan, seasoning, garlic, and pepper in a bowl. Mix well.
  2. Place mix on plastic wrap, shape into a log, wrap tightly, and chill for 2 hours.
  3. Roll the chilled log in chopped parsley to coat all sides.
  4. Place on a serving tray. Decorate with rosemary and cranberries.
