- 1/3 cup chopped green and black olives
- 1/2 cup finely chopped roasted red peppers
- 1/4 cup chopped marinated artichoke hearts
- 1/2 cup chopped parsley (for rolling)
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan
- Fresh rosemary and cranberries (for garnish)
Instructions
- Combine cream cheese, peppers, olives, artichokes, Parmesan, seasoning, garlic, and pepper in a bowl. Mix well.
- Place mix on plastic wrap, shape into a log, wrap tightly, and chill for 2 hours.
- Roll the chilled log in chopped parsley to coat all sides.
- Place on a serving tray. Decorate with rosemary and cranberries.
- Pair with crackers, toasted bread, or veggie sticks.
