Description

A unique and flavorful twist on the classic grilled cheese sandwich, featuring dill pickles and crispy bacon.


Ingredients

  • 4 slices bread of your choice
  • 8 slices cooked bacon
  • 4 slices cheddar cheese
  • 4 slices Swiss cheese
  • 4 tablespoons dill pickle slices
  • 2 tablespoons butter, softened

Instructions

  1. Preheat a skillet or griddle over medium heat.
  2. Butter one side of each slice of bread.
  3. Place two slices of bread, buttered side down, onto the skillet.
  4. Layer each slice of bread with 2 slices of cheddar cheese, 2 slices of Swiss cheese, 4 slices of cooked bacon, and 2 tablespoons of dill pickle slices.
  5. Top each sandwich with the remaining slices of bread, buttered side up.
  6. Cook the sandwiches for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until the bread is golden brown and the cheese is melted.
  7. Remove the sandwiches from the skillet and let them cool for a minute before slicing.
  8. Serve the delicious bacon dill pickle grilled cheese sandwiches hot and enjoy!
