- 1 cup oat flour

- 1/3 cup dark chocolate chunks
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a loaf or square pan with parchment.
- In a bowl, mix bananas, peanut butter, honey, and vanilla until smooth.
- Stir in oat flour, cinnamon, and salt until combined.
- Fold in dark chocolate chunks.
- Pour mixture into the pan and spread evenly.
- Bake for 20–24 minutes until golden and firm.
