Instructions
- Gather dandelion flowers from a clean area (no pesticides or pet traffic).
- Rinse them thoroughly and trim off the green base if you want a milder flavor.
- Bring 2 cups of water to a boil, remove from heat, and add the flowers.
- Cover and steep for 10–15 minutes.
- Strain and serve with honey or lemon, if desired.
- Add 1 tbsp dried dandelion root or leaves to a small pot with 2 cups of water.
- Bring to a simmer and let it gently bubble for 10–15 minutes.
- Strain into a mug and sweeten to taste, or add a splash of lemon for brightness.
