- ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
- ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)

- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons Thai sweet chili sauce
- 1 teaspoon sriracha
- 1 teaspoon honey
- ½ teaspoon lime juice
Instructions
- Cut salmon into 1-inch cubes and toss with oil and seasonings.
- Cook salmon in hot skillet for 2-3 minutes per side until golden.
- Bake at 400°F on a lined sheet for 10-12 minutes.
- Air fry at 375°F for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway.
- Whisk together mayo, chili sauce, sriracha, honey, and lime juice.
- Toss or drizzle cooked salmon with sauce and garnish.
Notes
- For extra heat, increase the amount of cayenne pepper.
- Serve with fresh lime wedges for added flavor.
- These bites can be made ahead and reheated in the oven or air fryer.
