Ingredients

  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon smoked paprika

  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons Thai sweet chili sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sriracha
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • ½ teaspoon lime juice

Instructions

  1. Cut salmon into 1-inch cubes and toss with oil and seasonings.
  2. Cook salmon in hot skillet for 2-3 minutes per side until golden.
  3. Bake at 400°F on a lined sheet for 10-12 minutes.
  4. Air fry at 375°F for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway.
  5. Whisk together mayo, chili sauce, sriracha, honey, and lime juice.
  6. Toss or drizzle cooked salmon with sauce and garnish.

Notes

  • For extra heat, increase the amount of cayenne pepper.
  • Serve with fresh lime wedges for added flavor.
