Cheesy Sloppy Cheeseburger Pasta is a delicious and fun family dinner that combines the flavors of a classic cheeseburger with pasta.

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 can (15 oz) tomato sauce
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1 tbsp yellow mustard
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 2 cups uncooked pasta (elbow macaroni or rotini)
- 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- Fresh parsley or pickles (optional garnish)
Instructions
- In a large skillet or Dutch oven, brown ground beef over medium heat. Drain any excess fat.
- Add diced onion and garlic to the pan and sauté for 2–3 minutes, until fragrant and soft.
- Stir in the beef broth, tomato sauce, ketchup, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Bring to a simmer, then stir in uncooked pasta.
- Cover and cook over medium-low heat for about 12–15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the pasta is tender.
- Once the pasta is cooked and most of the liquid is absorbed, stir in shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheese until melted and creamy.
- Garnish with chopped parsley or sliced pickles for a cheeseburger-style twist. Serve hot!

- This dish can be easily adjusted by using different types of cheese.
- Feel free to add vegetables like bell peppers or mushrooms for extra flavor.
- Storing leftovers in an airtight container will keep them fresh for a few days.
