Description

A vibrant and delicious Caprese Pasta Salad that combines fresh ingredients and flavors, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 12 oz pasta (fusilli, bowtie or penne)
  • 2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup fresh mozzarella balls
  • 1/2 cup fresh basil, roughly chopped
  • 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tbsp balsamic glaze
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Boil salted water, cook pasta until al dente. Rinse with cold water to cool.
  2. Whisk olive oil, balsamic glaze, garlic, salt, and pepper together for the dressing.
  3. Combine cooled pasta, tomatoes, mozzarella, and basil in a large bowl.
  4. Pour dressing over the salad and toss gently.
  5. Chill for 10 minutes to blend flavors.
  6. Toss again before serving.
  7. Optional: Drizzle extra balsamic glaze on top before serving.
