Ingredients

- 12 oz pasta (fusilli, bowtie or penne)
- 2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup fresh mozzarella balls
- 1/2 cup fresh basil, roughly chopped
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tbsp balsamic glaze
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Boil salted water, cook pasta until al dente. Rinse with cold water to cool.
- Whisk olive oil, balsamic glaze, garlic, salt, and pepper together for the dressing.
- Combine cooled pasta, tomatoes, mozzarella, and basil in a large bowl.
- Pour dressing over the salad and toss gently.
- Chill for 10 minutes to blend flavors.
- Toss again before serving.
- Optional: Drizzle extra balsamic glaze on top before serving.

- You can make extra dressing to serve on the side.
