- 1 teaspoon lemon juice

Instructions
- Cook the chicken by grilling, baking, or poaching it until fully cooked, then shred or dice it.
- Prepare the vegetables by washing and chopping the romaine lettuce and halving the cherry tomatoes.
- Make the dressing by combining mayonnaise (or Greek yogurt), Dijon mustard, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl and whisking until smooth.
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked chicken, crumbled bacon, cherry tomatoes, chopped romaine, and green onions. Pour the dressing over and toss gently to combine.
