- 1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tbsp butter, melted

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Layer onion slices in a greased baking dish.
- Pour heavy cream over the onions.
- Top with shredded mozzarella, Parmesan, and fresh thyme.
- Drizzle melted butter over the top.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, until golden and bubbly.
