- 2 sheets thawed puff pastry

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Roll out the thawed puff pastry on a floured surface and cut into 3-inch squares.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté minced garlic until fragrant. Add spinach and cook until wilted.
- In a bowl, mix the cooked spinach with crumbled feta.
- Place one tablespoon of filling in each pastry square, fold into triangles, and seal edges with a fork.
- Bake on parchment-lined baking sheets for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
