Description
Crispy baked potato wedges coated in garlic and Parmesan cheese, perfect as a side dish or snack.
Ingredients
Scale
- 4 large russet potatoes
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Wash and scrub the potatoes thoroughly, then cut them into wedges. You can leave the skin on for extra texture and flavor.
- In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, minced garlic, grated Parmesan cheese, dried oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well to create a flavorful coating.
- Add the potato wedges to the bowl and toss until they are evenly coated with the garlic Parmesan mixture.
- Spread the coated potato wedges in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Make sure they are not overcrowded to ensure they get crispy.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the wedges are golden brown and crispy on the outside.
- Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes. Garnish with fresh chopped parsley before serving.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, soak the potatoes in water for 30 minutes before cooking.
- You can adjust the seasoning based on your preference.
- These wedges can be served with your favorite dipping sauce.
