  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Wash and scrub the potatoes thoroughly, then cut them into wedges. You can leave the skin on for extra texture and flavor.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, minced garlic, grated Parmesan cheese, dried oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well to create a flavorful coating.
  4. Add the potato wedges to the bowl and toss until they are evenly coated with the garlic Parmesan mixture.
  5. Spread the coated potato wedges in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Make sure they are not overcrowded to ensure they get crispy.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the wedges are golden brown and crispy on the outside.
